Services Description

ReadySpan Sayreville Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Sayreville, NJ and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and proper site conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for concrete work. All quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual site conditions.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary once we inspect your property and assess actual site conditions. We will notify you of any price changes before beginning work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. After 30 days, we may need to reassess pricing based on current material costs and availability.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

If payment is not received according to the agreed schedule, we reserve the right to suspend work until payment is received.

Scheduling and Delays

We will make every effort to complete your project according to the agreed timeline. However, weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule.

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and relocating any items that may interfere with our work.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage from improper use, natural settling, or extreme weather events.

Concrete naturally develops minor surface cracks as it cures and settles. These hairline cracks are normal and are not covered under warranty.

Property Damage

We carry full liability insurance to protect your property. While we take every precaution to protect your property during our work, you should inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other concerns before we begin.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered and scheduling costs.

Limitation of Liability

ReadySpan Sayreville Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
